1. Products, Pricing, and Payments

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee your screen display will perfectly match the actual item.
Prices listed do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes, which will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order through our approved secure payment processors.

3. Order Acceptance and Contract Formation

The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute our formal acceptance of an order.
A legally binding contract between us is only formed when we dispatch your ordered products and send you a shipping confirmation email.
We reserve the right to limit order quantities, decline orders, or cancel transactions due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If your payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, we will issue a full refund immediately.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing.
Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you immediately upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing a correct and safe delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Consumers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receiving the goods.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and remaining in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product.
Bespoke commission items cannot be returned.
