FAQ's

  • Do you still offer payment in instalments, in the same way you previously did?
    • There are now many new payment options available, which allow payments to be made in instalments. These include Klarna, Clearpay and PayPal Credit. All of which offer interest-free payment by instalments (typically over 3 monthly payments).
  • Do I still need to comment 'SOLD' first on Instagram to guarantee my purchase?
    • No, not anymore. All new dolls will still be posted on Instagram as before, but now to purchase a piece, you need to follow the link to my website (provided in my bio), add to cart and checkout. Please note, Items in your cart are not guaranteed until you complete checkout.
    • If you comment 'SOLD' on Instagram, this will no longer guarantee a purchase.
  • How do I contact you if I have any questions about a doll?
  • What happens if I miss out? Will there be another one just the same?
    • Each doll is a unique piece, made with often rare and limited vintage materials. So, sadly, if you miss one, it is unlikely that there will be another doll the same. However, to ensure everyone has a fair chance of purchasing the doll of their dreams, I regularly post work-in-progress photos and provide information on when any new doll is going to be available for purchase.
  • Do you offer commissions?
    • Yes, but unfortunately, I can only offer a few of these opportunities at a time. When commissioned pieces are available, you can purchase this service via my website for £750. There is further information provided in the product listing on how this service works. Upon purchase, I will reach out directly to discuss options.
    • The cost of a commission doll includes the initial design brief, ongoing work-in-progress consultation and final sign off. A truly unique and personal experience.
